02 · The Problem
Every inspection is done by hand. Fatigue sets in, attention slips, and small mistakes turn into disputes months later.
Logging a single crack meant tapping into a menu, creating a room, typing a title, writing a description, then digging back out to attach a photo. Do that hundreds of times and you stop caring by room three.
Furnished rentals are worse. You count every fork, every cushion and every couch by hand, then type each item in one by one. It can take a few hours or a full day. Every tool on the market still works this way.

Auto defect detection
Photograph a defect and AI tags and describes it for you. No typing needed.
Inventory Mode
Snap a photo and AI counts the items, then adds them to the report automatically.
Voice narration
Describe a room like a voice note. AI transcribes it, summarises it and pulls out every defect mentioned.
Entry vs exit comparison
An AI agent compares entry and exit inspections and flags damage that may be for the tenant’s account.
Maintenance management
Tenants report issues by QR code with photos and voice. AI writes the report, rates urgency, suggests who pays, then routes quotes to contractors.
Digital signing
Sign off completed inspections digitally, right on the spot.

South Africa has 46,000 registered property practitioners. Around 36,000 are active, and every one of them runs inspections that Lexa can speed up.

Red Rabbit holds the largest share of inspections in South Africa, yet it is still fully manual and has none of the AI that makes Lexa fast. Its clunky experience is the reason we built Lexa.

Our core product already works. This funding brings Leon on full time and lets us market aggressively from launch. Our biggest bottleneck today is that Leon cannot work on Lexa full time, and this fixes it.
