Framer: Our website and waitlist forms are built on Framer. When you submit your email, it passes securely through Framer’s infrastructure.

Google Workspace: Validated email addresses are manually transferred to a secure, restricted-access Google Sheet managed exclusively by our core team for waitlist management.

4. Cross-Border Data Transfers

While we are based in South Africa, the third-party platforms we use to operate this website (Framer and Google) host their data on highly secure cloud infrastructure (such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud) located outside of South Africa, primarily in the United States and the European Union.

By submitting your email address, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer. We ensure that both Framer and Google maintain rigorous data security standards equivalent to or exceeding the requirements of POPIA.

5. Cookies and Performance Tracking

We do not track your personal identity, nor do we run targeted behavioral advertising trackers on this site.

To understand how visitors interact with our website and to optimize performance, we utilize Framer’s native website analytics. This tool tracks entirely anonymous, non-identifiable metrics (such as the number of visitors, country-level location, and device types). No personal information is captured or stored during this process.

We will retain your email address only for as long as necessary to fulfill the product validation and launch phases of Lexa AI, or until you explicitly request its removal. If you opt out of the waitlist, your data will be permanently deleted from our records.
